We both decided to upgrade from Dial-up to broadband because I am using the Internet more than ever and Dial-up is basically to slow for my needs.
We discovered Be Lite and Be Unlimited when researching our broadband options. We both needed a fast connection as I planned to download a lot and I wanted a unlimited connection as I would be using the broadband a lot. I found the Bethere customer service team very helpful and decided that I would go for the Be unlimited package.
I feel the service I am getting is well worth the £24 per month. The upload speed is extremely fast - faster than any service I have used before and the connection speed is very fast.
So far I have not experienced any problems with the service and I feel I have got the best service around.
I have talked to a few friends who have got the Be Lite broadband and they are as pleased with the service as I am with mine. The Be lite package offers the same 24Mb connection with 4Gb usage with an option to purchase an additional 5 for only £5.00. This connection is £14 per month.

BT have three options on the market at the minute, both are a 8Mb broadband, however BT option One allows 5Gb usage while BT option 2 gives you 8Gb.
Option two has been reviewed as being good value all round package with la lot of features.

As I don't really download that much or really access the internet every day I decided the BT Option one would be sufficient for me 5GB per month is more than enough download capacity for me! I feel having broadband at home is excellent, since getting it I have been able to book concert tickets and communicate better with friends abroad, I can do all the things at home I don't have time or access to at work!
I have to say when I rang BT to organise the connection they could not have been more helpful! As I am currently a BT customer they were extremely attentive to what I wanted and the set up was a lot easier than I expected! What also impressed me was that I still only receive one bill, my telephone and broadband has been bundled together.
I have a few work colleagues who have chosen the Option two and they are extremely pleased with the service, they also praise the customer service and help desks, and are completely satisfied with the service.

When I was choosing my new broadband I eventually narrowed my options down to PipexMini and PipexMax.
The difference between these two packages being - Pipexmini , offers 8MB broadband with 2GB monthly usage, at an excellent cost of £6.50 per month, while Pipexman package, offers 8MB broadband with unlimited usage at a reasonable cost of £14.99 per month.

I decided to go with the PipexMax package as we all use the broadband and an unlimited connection would be suited at home! We already had one of the Pipex telephone packages so we didn't have to worry about switching back to BT.
The set up was extremely fast and surprisingly cheap! We got free connection as well as a free modem as well as 5 personal e-mail addresses and free web space, which is excellent for hosting photographs of the family.
This is a broadband connection with much more on offer, I am very happy with the connection and the customer service we have on offer! And all at a great set monthly price!
I would recommend this package to anyone who is thinking of Pipex broadband! I realise a drawback of the service is needing to have a Pipex telephone line in your home, but this is also a very affordable service!
